something borrowed, something blue, something new

my current favorite hue is navy blue. I'm just nuts about this color right now. Not country blue, or pale blue or teal blue.. though that's a close second... navy. My shutters on our cottage are navy. I'm repainting my kitchen this fall and one wall will be navy. The mudroom half bath will be sporting navy before the snow flies too. ...

I'm saving for the Nate Burkis duvet you will see below. Love crisp navy with white or antique white and warm wood floors. I am blessed to already have white painted kitchen cabinets and old oak floors. I might paint the lower base cabinets in one section a medium gray or navy. We're having a boatload of relatives over just after New Year's so I've got a good goal to reach for.
