It’s 5 below …do you know where your fur-lined long johns are?

Ok, it’s forecasted to have a high temperature of 5 below zero today.

You are scheduled to be laying shingles….what do you do…what Do you do????

Well you don’t lay shingles that’s for sure!

Yep, the weather takes control of the schedule again.

Not only is it too cold for the shingles to lay right, it is too cold to lay the shingles right. Your hands and fingers are not made to do this when it is below zero.
I don’t care who you are; the cold forces you to get sloppy. You favor your body over your quality, not to mention you spend more time keeping your hands in your coat pockets instead of holding your nail gun.

So as the cold sets in, we will be going in. It’s always good to keep a list of inside projects that need to be done if you can, at a moments notice. 

Oh, I also have to find a new hat; the artist says I look like a cone head when I wear my Carhart knit hat. Hey, it’s a carhart…how bad can it be?
